Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Singapore through our trusted print partners. We plan to expand to more countries in the future.

All items are made-to-order using a print-on-demand (POD) system. Production typically takes 2–5 business days after an order is placed. Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days depending on your location.

Shipping costs are added at checkout and vary by destination country and currency:

  • 🇺🇸 United States – USD $4.75
  • 🇨🇦 Canada – CAD $6.25
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom – GBP £4.75
  • 🇦🇺 Australia – AUD $6.25
  • 🇳🇿 New Zealand – NZD $6.50
  • 🇭🇰 Hong Kong – HKD $45.00
  • 🇸🇬 Singapore – SGD $8.00

Estimated delivery times:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 5–8 business days
  • 🇨🇦 Canada / 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia / 🇳🇿 New Zealand: 7–12 business days
  • 🇭🇰 Hong Kong / 🇸🇬 Singapore: 7–12 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or local delivery conditions.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Payment Methods

We accept a variety of secure payment methods for your convenience:

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been completed successfully.

Taxes & Duties

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless otherwise noted. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by country.

In certain countries (such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand), applicable local taxes (e.g., sales tax, VAT, or GST) may be automatically calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

We recommend checking with your local customs office or tax authority for details regarding potential additional charges upon delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

All items are made-to-order. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
