About Our Products
A. All designs are created by JAPAN DESIGN STUDIO using original concepts and licensed generative AI tools. We retain full rights to all artwork created through paid AI services.
A. Our products are manufactured and fulfilled by trusted third-party print partners such as Printify. Production and shipping facilities vary by product and destination country.
A. Currently, we ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

A. Print-on-Demand is a production method where items are made only after an order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and offer a wider range of designs without mass production.
About Shipping
A. Shipping is calculated based on your destination country and added at checkout. Here are the current rates:
- 🇺🇸 USA: USD $4.75
- 🇨🇦 Canada: CAD $6.25
- 🇬🇧 UK: GBP £4.75
- 🇦🇺 Australia: AUD $6.25
- 🇳🇿 New Zealand: NZD $6.50
- 🇸🇬 Singapore: SGD $8.00
- 🇭🇰 Hong Kong: HKD $7.50
A. All items are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time varies by region:
- USA: 5–8 business days
- Canada & UK: 6–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
- Singapore & Hong Kong: 7–14 business days
Note: These are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs or local postal services.
A. Orders are fulfilled by our trusted print partners and shipped from the closest facility to your location, whenever possible. Fulfillment centers may vary by product type and destination country.
A. Import duties and local taxes are not included in our prices. Depending on your country's laws, these may be charged separately by customs or delivery services.
Note: We currently do not charge VAT, GST, or sales tax at checkout. If any local taxes apply, they may be collected by your country upon delivery.
About Cancellations
A. All items are made to order. Once production begins, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be accepted. Please check your order details carefully before confirming.
A. Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen displays. Product images are for reference. We do not accept returns due to customer preference, such as ordering the wrong size or color. However, if your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

A. Yes, we offer a loyalty-based membership program! By creating an account, you can manage addresses, view your order history, earn and redeem points, and access exclusive membership tiers and benefits.
A. Here are the details:
- New account registration: 100 points
- Birthday bonus: 500 points
- Order points: 1 point per USD spent
- Review bonus: 100 points per approved review
100 points = $1 discount. Points can be redeemed during checkout.
